About the event

Dr. Hatfield and Dr. Weddle will be the distinguished speakers at the Michigan Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (MAPD) Winter Continuing Education meeting, delivering a comprehensive 7-hour course. Dr. Hatfield will focus on the diagnosis and management of temporomandibular and orofacial pain in adolescents, while emphasizing the impact of systemic and developmental disorders on the TMJ and jaw function. Dr. Weddle will delve into the role of TMJs in the growth and development of a child's face, addressing malocclusions and airway dysfunction. She will also cover the evaluation and triage of pediatric patients with TMJ discomfort, alongside diagnostic and treatment options.
